Christian Grosjean - Las Americas Bakery
Christian Grosjean left a job in corporate America to help run his family's bakery: Las Americas. For the past 30 years, Las Americas has served the foods and pastries of the various Latin and Central American cultures that call North Hollywood home.
But in the midst of the COVID pandemic, Christian was forced to take a more hands-on role sooner than expected. As a former Army Ranger and entrepreneurial Veteran, he was up to the task. Now he's putting his analytical and leadership skills to use, maintaining the traditions and spirit of this community keystone while modernizing its processes and fostering innovation.
